Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Career Circle's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Program Enrollment

Eligibility: Students must meet the prerequisites specified for each course. We reserve the right to verify eligibility and reject applications that do not meet our standards.

Enrollment Process: Enrollment is confirmed only upon successful payment of the program fee. Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Course Materials: All course materials, including videos, documents, and code repositories, are proprietary and may not be shared or distributed without permission.

Payment Terms

All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes
Payment must be made in full before the program start date
We accept online payments, bank transfers, and other specified payment methods
Invoices will be provided upon request for all payments made

Refund Policy

Before Program Start: Full refund minus processing fees (up to 5%) if cancellation is made at least 7 days before the program start date.

After Program Start: No refunds will be provided once the program has commenced, except in cases of medical emergencies with proper documentation.

Program Cancellation: If we cancel a program, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to the next available batch.

Student Responsibilities

Attend all scheduled classes and complete assigned projects
Maintain professional conduct during classes and internships
Meet minimum attendance requirements (75% for training, 90% for internship)
Submit original work and avoid plagiarism
Respect intellectual property rights of Career Circle and fellow students
Comply with confidentiality agreements regarding client projects

Internship Program

The internship component involves working on real client projects. Students must:

Follow project guidelines and deadlines
Maintain confidentiality of client information
Participate in code reviews and team meetings
Accept feedback and implement improvements

Career Circle reserves the right to remove students from internships for poor performance or unprofessional conduct.

Job Placement Assistance

For students enrolled in Plan 2 (Training + Internship + Job):

We provide job assistance until placement, but cannot guarantee specific outcomes
Students must actively participate in the placement process
Job assistance includes profile building, interview preparation, and referrals
Students must attend scheduled interviews and respond to opportunities promptly

Placement assistance is contingent upon successful completion of training and internship requirements.

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and resources provided by Career Circle are protected by intellectual property laws. Students may not:

Record, reproduce, or distribute course materials without permission
Share login credentials or course access with others
Use course materials for commercial purposes
Claim ownership of Career Circle's proprietary content

Limitation of Liability

Career Circle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the program.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other students, us, or third parties.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
